Where do you ship?

We only ship in the US because we want to focus on and maximize the American customer experience and open the shipping map later.

Moreover, we only have US warehouses for the moment.

How long will it take to get my order?

Some states are faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from our logistic warehouse. It takes around 1 to 3 days for us to process your order for shipping and 2-7 for the delivery

Do you have a store where I can see and touch the products?

Unfortunately, we do not have physical shops yet, we are an online shop for the moment.

Is there a warranty period?

The warranty period is 90 days. If you have a problem with a product within this period, please provide a picture with the faulty part. We will then assess the problem and come up with a solution asap.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you find yourself in the situation where you want to cancel the order, please let us know, we can cancel an order, you will have to make a return when you will receive your order.

How can I track my orders?

We have a page "track my order", add your order number and your email on the page and you can track your order. or in your mailbox, you will receive your direct tracking infos

Why is tracking link not working yet?

Please allow up to 3 days for shipping information to show up as tracking information is only updated when the package gets through parcel point hubs. This also means that if the tracker does not update daily the package is still on its way to you.

If the package is not received within the 12 business days, please contact us.
