Below you will find important information about our shipping process and delivery costs. At BELVETTI, we ship worldwide and are committed to making your shopping and delivery experience as smooth and transparent as possible. 1. PROCESSING TIMES

Once an order is placed, we generally require 1–3 business days to process it.

— Orders placed Monday through Thursday are often processed within 1 business day. — Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes:

— Italy and the European Union: 6–15 business days — Rest of the world: 8–15 business days

Please note that external factors — such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or seasonal peaks — may occasionally extend these timeframes.

Orders are shipped directly from our main distribution centre. Final delivery is carried out by a primary carrier. All orders receive a tracking number once dispatched.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

— €3.99 for orders under €50 — Switzerland, Malta, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Croatia, Cyprus, and the Turks and Caicos Islands: €5.99 for orders under €50 — FREE shipping on orders of €50 and above

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Any customs duties or import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, although most orders do not exceed the threshold at which such charges apply.

4. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order, simply add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Make sure your shipping details are correct to avoid delays or delivery errors. Shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your payment.
