Shipping Information
We will prepare your order for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed within 1 business day, however orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take slightly longer.
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within an estimated 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy
If your order is returned due to any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
- Delivery refused or rejected by the recipient
- Failure to respond to redelivery attempts offered by the courier
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 50%, which will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: In some cases, couriers may offer a redelivery option. If redelivery is declined or not arranged within the timeframe set by the courier, the restocking fee will apply.
To avoid this, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details before completing your order.
