4.2 Belvetti is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, strikes, or events beyond our control.
4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without the need for justification.
5.2 To exercise the right of return, the customer must first contact us by email at support@belvettistore.com, providing:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Full name
- Address
- Photos of the product (in case of defect)
5.3 Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse (the address will be provided by email).
5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all accessories, clean and in its original packaging.
5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days.
5.6 We reserve the right to refuse returns of used, damaged, or unjustified products.
6. Legal Guarantee
6.1 All our products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity established by applicable legislation.
6.2 In the event of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or in some cases a refund, provided the defect was not caused by misuse.
